Basework® is located in the professional district in Ellerslie near the community of Summerside. The building is a 3-storey professional building. Basework® is located on the second floor. We don’t have a Hot Desk membership at this time. Our focus is on providing private, professional office space for discerning professionals. However, we do have office space that can be shared by professionals looking for drop-in, part-time space. Contact us to discuss options that would suit your space and style requirements.

We do not have traditional leases for our spaces, we have a membership agreement for use of the space. We also recognize that business needs change. We will never force you to stay in space that no longer makes sense for your business. Contact us to discuss our flexible, business friendly options.

We do require the final month of the membership agreement to be paid up front. This will cover your final month’s cost, so there are no locked in contracts.
